By placing an order with us, you agree to comply with this policy.


Customers may request to cancel an order provided that the order has not yet been dispatched from our facility. The request must include your definitive Order Number and a clear statement of your intention to cancel. Upon receipt of a cancellation request, we will verify the shipping status of the order. If the order has not yet been dispatched, the cancellation will be confirmed, and a full refund will be initiated. If the order has already been dispatched, the cancellation request will be denied. In such instances, customers must refer to our Refund Policy for terms regarding product returns, which are strictly limited to damaged or defective items only, with required video proof. We reiterate that returns based on reasons such as "size issues," "not looking good," or "change of mind" are not accepted once an order has been shipped. For eligible cancelled orders, the full purchase amount will be refunded to the original method of payment. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment service provider to credit the amount to your account.


Orders for items that are personalized or customized to the customer's specifications cannot be cancelled once their production or customization process has commenced. Due to the bespoke nature of these products, they cannot be restocked or resold. Customers will be informed if their order falls under this category at the time of purchase or confirmation.


We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion under circumstances including, but not limited to: unavailability of the ordered product(s), errors in product pricing or descriptions, issues with payment authorization or detection of fraudulent activity, inability to deliver to the provided shipping address, or breach of our Terms and Conditions by the customer. In the event that we cancel an order, the customer will be notified promptly, and a full refund for the cancelled items will be issued to the original method of payment.
